Every order, filtered in a second
Search by order number, buyer or product. Narrow by date and status, and one checkbox shows only cancelled orders, refunds or purchases from returning customers. Next to every buyer you instantly see whether they're new or repeating (×3).

Who bought and where the parcel goes
Buyer details with a link to their full purchase history, plus the complete delivery picture: pickup point, address, method with its Smart! badge and the tracking number with a Track link. A buyer asks "where's my parcel?" — you answer in 10 seconds.

Messages and the rating, right on the order
Messages tied to the order are pinned to the card — no digging through the inbox for context. And when the buyer leaves a rating, you see it immediately: "Recommended" plus stars for delivery, description, service and shipping cost.

Returns and refunds under control
A dedicated view collects every return from the last 365 days along with the total refunded amount. A returned order gets "Returned" and "Refunded" statuses, and the payment card shows a red refund row — with the date and the amount to the grosz.
