The customer database Allegro won't give you
Allegro shows the buyer only on a single order's card — no aggregate list, no repeat-purchase logic. SellerKokpit glues that data into a real database: top customers, regulars at churn risk, rating and message history.
Every buyer, sorted by what matters
Sort by order count or spend and see your best customers. An orange marker warns when a regular falls behind their usual buying rhythm — the moment to remind them about you. The "can ask for rating" flag shows who's worth sending a request to.
